Before we get serious

Answers to the questions you were going to ask anyway.

Because we're about to ask you for some rather important details.

What exactly is TierAce?

TierAce is one place to see and manage your entire network marketing empire. Your businesses, your teams, your people and how they all fit together, without opening seventeen tabs and that spreadsheet you stopped trusting three months ago.

It doesn't replace your company's back office. It gives you the view across all of them that your back offices don't.

Who is TierAce for?

People building a network marketing business who have reached the point where keeping the whole thing in their head is becoming mildly ambitious.

One business or several. Ten people or ten thousand. If you've got teams, structures and people worth keeping track of, TierAce was built for you.

Will TierAce work with my business?

Probably. We're not terribly fussy.

TierAce is built for network marketing businesses with different structures, ranks and ways of doing things. You can use it on desktop, tablet or mobile, and you don't need your company to have a special TierAce integration.

If your business does something particularly weird and wonderful, get in touch. We've seen things.

How do I get my existing team into TierAce?

Bring what you've got.

You can add people manually, import a spreadsheet or CSV, use a JSON file, or even start with a screenshot. TierAce was built on the reasonable assumption that your existing data may not be beautifully organised.

We'll help you get it into shape.

Does TierAce automatically update from my company's back office?

Not automatically. Your company's back office and TierAce are independent creatures.

When things change, you can update TierAce with fresh information from your back office. We've made that process as painless as possible, because apparently your team refuses to stay exactly where you left them.

Can I manage more than one business?

Absolutely. That's rather the point.

TierAce lets you keep multiple businesses in one place, each with its own people, teams and structure.

Because once you've collected more than one business, opening six different back offices and trying to remember which Daniel belongs where starts to feel unnecessarily athletic.

How does the free trial work?

You get three days to have a proper stickybeak.

Start your free trial and you'll have full access to TierAce for three days. A card is required when you sign up, and if you decide to stay, your chosen monthly or annual subscription begins when the trial ends.

If TierAce isn't for you (likely story), just hit cancel and no charges will be laid.

What does a TierAce subscription include?

The whole Version 1 empire.

Your subscription gives you access to all of TierAce's Version 1 features, including your businesses, trees, people, profiles, imports, updates and everything else we built to help you keep the whole magnificent circus under control.

Anything we dream up for Version 2 is another story. 🎩

How much does TierAce cost?

Less than the spreadsheet has already cost you in emotional damage.

TierAce Founder pricing is US$9.95 a month or US$99 a year.

Both give you the same Version 1 TierAce. Annual just works out a little cheaper because apparently we're capable of sensible financial decisions too.

Will my Founder price ever change?

Not while you're still a Founder. We know who was here before the furniture arrived.

Your Founder price for TierAce Version 1 stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active.

Future versions of TierAce may introduce new features, upgrades or optional extras with their own pricing. Your Founder subscription will still be yours. You'll simply get to decide whether any of the new shiny things are worth having.

If you cancel and come back later, the Founder price may no longer be available.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Of course. We're a subscription, not a hostage situation.

You can cancel your TierAce subscription whenever you like. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees or awkward break-up conversations.

We'll be fine. Eventually.

Can anyone else see my information?

No. Your empire is your business.

Your TierAce account and the information you put into it are private to you. Your company, upline, downline and other TierAce customers don't automatically get access to your information.

If you choose to share something from TierAce, that's your decision. We don't invite ourselves into the relationship.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. And importantly, we don't want your card details either.

Your payments are handled securely by Stripe. TierAce doesn't store your full card details.

Stripe takes care of the serious payment-security business. We concentrate on Daniel.

Is TierAce affiliated with my network marketing company?

Nope. We're Switzerland. With better trees.

TierAce is completely independent. We're not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the network marketing companies you use to keep track of.

They run their business. TierAce helps you see yours.

What if I need help?

First Aid is standing by. No tiny ambulance required.

TierAce has a built-in help centre for the things you can sort out yourself. If that doesn't do the trick, you can get in touch with us directly.

We built the thing. We'll help you use it till you know how to use it.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Absolutely. Commitment issues are perfectly acceptable here.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like. Your subscription stays exactly where it is, along with your businesses, people and everything else you've entrusted to TierAce.

Only the billing changes. Your empire remains blissfully unbothered.

Can I delete my account and data completely?

Yes. Sometimes a clean break really is a clean break.

If you want your TierAce account and data deleted completely, get in touch with us and we'll take care of it.

There isn't a self-serve delete button at the moment. We handle these requests personally, because deleting an empire is the sort of thing we prefer to be quite certain about.
